Discover a unique dining experience that sees you placed in the heart of the resort’s Main Kitchen. Transformed into a decorated space for up to twelve, each guest will enjoy a front row seat to an artful culinary performance directed by our Executive Chef, Paul Lewis. Guests will be taken on a journey of culinary discovery with a five-course degustation menu matched with premium wines.

This unique dining experience is priced at $480 per person and includes:

Private Gourmet Picnics

Arrange a tailored gourmet picnic hamper through our culinary team. Lay your picnic rug out on Hayman® Beach’s pristine sands, Eastern Lawn’s manicured greens or Blue Pearl Bay’s secluded coves before popping Champagne and indulging in a spread of local cheeses, cured meats and seasonal salads. If you would prefer to explore a nearby island, our friendly activity team can take you – and your picnic – on a speedboat to Hook Island, Bali Hai or Langford Island.
